How Does Treehouse Achieve This?

  • Dedication: We pride ourselves on having 97% of qualified early years practitioners with a minimum of NVQ Level 2. We strive to have the highest calibre of staff who are exceptionally gifted in providing the best childcare. We also have an Early Years Professional (Level 7) working in our nursery.
  • Qualification and Training: We provide in - house training which includes; First Aid, Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Data Protection etc. Vast majority of our staff are Pediatric First Aiders.
  • Experience: We have 1 Ex- Ofsted/Tribal inspectors who is managing our nurseries as the Head of Nursery Operations. She holds more than 25 years of professional experience in childcare.
  • Facilities: The nursery facilitates with a floor to celing adventure soft play room, an oustanding garden, interactive white board, display screens for parents to view what their child has been involved in during the day.
  • Security: Children are kept safe by allowing only authorised people to have access to the building by using the biometric finger print. CCTV cameras are installed in each building.
  • Home Visits: Children and parents are welcomed into the nursery by successful and supportive home visits from key staff and the parent liaison officer which help children to settle well into the nursery.
  • Key Person: Our key person are exclusively responsible for your child’s individual needs which includes from changing your child’s nappy to placing them for sleep. The key person will start to develop a bond with your child during settling in which will then lead to a stronger relationship between your child and the key person which establishes a secure and trusting relationships to promote their well being.
  • Planning: Staff plan accordingly to your child’s individual development by providing a rich variety of interesting and stimulating activities indoors and outdoors in order to promote children’s progress in all areas of learning. 
  • Staff Relationship: The strong bond between the staff ensures we deliver best practice and continuity of care at all times. Staff have an excellent knowledge of children’s individual needs through regular discussions with parents. 
  • Receptionist Staff: Children and parents are welcomed to the nursery by our enthusiastic and passionate receptionist staff who are available throughout our opening hours to go that extra mile. 
  • Dietry Requirements: We work with parents to ensure children receive meals and snacks which meat their individual dietary needs. 
  • Open Door Policy: We offer an ‘open door policy’ to all parents therefore, should parents like to provide us with suggestions, positive feedback or voice concerns they will be addressed promptly.
  • Parents Evening: We hold parents evening twice a year which allows parents the opportunity to discuss their child’s development and share their learning journey’s.
  • Newsletters: We send out comprehensive and detailed weekly /monthly newsletters to keep parents informed of what’s going on in the nursery.
